Who we are
This website is operated by Bexumiboardtall Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14872306), 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data processed through bexumiboardtall.skin. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
We do not run accounts, newsletters or tracking advertising. The contact tool on our site works entirely in your browser: nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose to email it. If you email us, we receive your email address, name if given and the content of your message.
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. These are kept for a limited period.
Why and on what basis
We use emails to reply to you and to improve our guides, on the basis of our legitimate interests. Server logs are processed for the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure. Where consent is required, for example for non-essential cookies, we ask for it first.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and email, under appropriate contracts, or where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep emails for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email us to exercise any right. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
